Hire Terms
Instrument hire is $10 per week, or billed at $100 per school term - (paid via Udio Student Portal)
Hire fees are payable either weekly or in advance and align with River Road’s standard term structure.
The instrument remains the property of River Road Creative Academy at all times.
Agreement & Responsibilities
By completing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The instrument will be handled with care and used appropriately.
The instrument will be returned in the same condition as received (excluding reasonable wear and tear).
Any loss, damage, or required repairs beyond normal use may incur additional costs.
The instrument must not be loaned, sold, or transferred to another person.
The instrument is to be returned upon request or at the conclusion of the hire period.
River Road reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if terms are not met.
Return of Instrument
Instruments are to be returned directly to the studio.
Any issues or damage must be reported immediately.
