River Road is a collective of artists and organisations supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to learn and explore music and creative arts.

This includes providing a holistic learning environment, which balances creative development and lifelong learning towards a passion for music and the arts. This is delivered via one on one lessons, and Community projects.

Give your kids the perfect after school music experience!

These group classes allow kids and youth to engage in an exciting music making environment, exploring various instruments and music making tools, including guitar, bass, drums, piano, vocals, songwriting and music production, and music theory!

All while rocking out to various styles of music within a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Coding and Robotics

Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am
Ages 7-15yrs
$220 for the 8 week program

Term 2 starting Saturday 4th May

Designed to have fun while exploring the exciting world of creative coding and robotics. This 7 week program will get them thinking with problem solving, designing, building and programming. A fun, one hour session with the program finishing up at our end of year celebration ‘River Fest’ with their robots and games on display!

Through the program, students will explore:

• Coding Languages including Scratch, Python and Java

• Circuitry and ardiuno Boards

• Robotics including design, building and programming

Creative Mixed Art Program

Wednesdays 5pm
30min sessions
Term 1 - 10 Week program - commencing Wednesday 7th February 2024
$176 total for the 10 week program

This 10 week program allows students to explore commonly used art mediums towards developing creative and artistic skills. This includes, drawing, shading to photo editing - all while encouraging self expression, fun, creativity. Every week will have something new for students to explore whilst building on the skills taught in lessons before.

At the end of the 10 weeks every student will have at least one finished art piece in whichever medium they choose to take home.
